Who can take part in the ANCOP Global Walk?
The walk is open to everyone. As long as you’re up for the challenge and willing to raise your sponsorship target, then this is for you! Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
If I am not a member of Couples For Christ or any of it’s Family ministries, can I still join?
Of course! Our work with the poor is not limited to CFC or its Ministries. Everyone is welcome to walk for a scholar!
Where will the donations go to?
One very special thing about ANCOP Global Walk is that the money you raise will support a particular ANCOP Community or project that provides shelter to the poorest of the poor as well as for the Child Sponsorship Program (through Educational Assistance). If you belong to a particular group or association, you can pool together all the donations collected and start to build a new ANCOP community that can be named after your association or sponsor a group of children.
Can I walk as part of a group or organization?
Yes, walking as a group or with your organization is encouraged. This will help you jump start your target. The entire group can also set targets to raise money and sponsor an entire community. The community can be named after your group or association’s name. Speak to any ANCOP representative or go to for more details in sponsoring a community or a scholar. You can carry your own (association or group) banner during the walk to help identify and recognize your group.
